Kimberly White – Office Manager

Kim is going on three years as the Office/HR Manager at our company. She has over 20 years of experience within the office environment. Her expertise includes proficiency with computer programs, customer care and her dedication to creating a stable work environment. With her degree in Office Technology, Kim has become a valued member of the Over the Top Roofing team. She is always on the lookout to find new cutting-edge technology to assist in the system workflow, giving all customers a one-of-a-kind experience. In her spare time, Kim enjoys whitewater rafting, paintball, beach volleyball and gaming with her husband.


Michael Majeski

Michael Majeski – Owner/President

Mike founded Over the Top Roofing, LLC in 1998 with just a few workers and a pickup truck.  Michael is the President of the company and is the Vice President of our sister company, Over the Top Construction Services, LLC.  Michael brings 30 years of construction and roofing experience to his company.  His extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial roofing systems include low-slope EPDM roofs and metal roofing makes his company stand out over the competition.  Michael handles the operations of the company and is highly active still today. He has pushed the company to reach Owens Corning’s highest certification program as a Platinum Preferred Contractor.  Other certified installer programs he has pushed for at Over the Top include well-known products like GAF Shingles, Firestone metal and single-ply systems, and Johns Mansville single-ply Tamko to name a few. He made sure the team received training at Lomanco for roofing and attic ventilation.  When Michael is not at the office working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening and is a big Syracuse University Sports Fan.  One of the many joys for Michael is seeing his employees excel. To him, they are not employees, but his company family. He takes great pride in his customers, making sure they receive the best care during their projects from start to finish and watching how much his company has grown over the years. Today, Michael has led the company to reach over 40 employment positions and a fleet of over 25 pieces of equipment!
