Meet Our Team

Mike founded Over the Top Roofing, LLC in 1998 with just a few workers and a pickup truck. Michael is the President of the company and is the Vice President of our sister company, Over the Top Construction Services, LLC. Michael brings 30 years of construction and roofing experience to his company. His extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial roofing systems include low-slope EPDM roofs and metal roofing makes his company stand out over the competition. Michael handles the operations of the company and is highly active still today. He has pushed the company to reach Owens Corning’s highest certification program as a Platinum Preferred Contractor. Other certified installer programs he has pushed for at Over the Top include well-known products like GAF Shingles, Firestone metal and single-ply systems, and Johns Mansville single-ply Tamko to name a few. He made sure the team received training at Lomanco for roofing and attic ventilation. When Michael is not at the office working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening and is a big Syracuse University Sports Fan. One of the many joys for Michael is seeing his employees excel. To him, they are not employees, but his company family. He takes great pride in his customers, making sure they receive the best care during their projects from start to finish and watching how much his company has grown over the years. Today, Michael has led the company to reach over 40 employment positions and a fleet of over 25 pieces of equipment!

Kim brings over 26 years of office administration expertise to Over the Top Roofing, where she has served as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and HR Manager for six years. Holding a degree in Office Technology, she excels at optimizing system workflows by implementing cutting-edge technology to deliver a one-of-a-kind customer experience. Known for her proficiency in diverse computer programs and a deep commitment to customer care, Kim is dedicated to fostering a stable, supportive work environment. Outside the office, she is an avid adventurer who enjoys whitewater rafting, paintball, beach volleyball, and gaming with her husband.

Cole is a construction estimator with over 10 years of experience in sales, construction operations, and detailed project estimation. He is known for producing accurate takeoffs, identifying cost‑efficient solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. His analytical mindset, attention to detail, and creative problem‑solving allow him to consistently align project scope with budget while supporting high client satisfaction. Cole’s reliability and commitment to quality have made him a trusted resource throughout the construction trade. Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, 3D printing, cars, and fishing with his fiancé.

Ryan serves as the Sales Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in sales and project management.  Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, developing lasting client relationships, and finding practical solutions that help projects run smoothly from start to finish. His customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding expectations have made him a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Ryan believes that clear communication, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset are the foundation of every successful project. He takes pride in helping homeowners navigate the construction process with confidence while ensuring every project is completed with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted husband and proud father of four. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, hiking, and playing basketball. A lifelong sports fan, he enthusiastically supports Syracuse Athletics, the New York Yankees, New York Knicks, and Buffalo Bills.
